We are located on the South West Corner of Warner and McClintock road right near the 101 and about three miles North of Chandler Fashion Center. Basha's is the anchor store in our complex and our nearest neighbors are Berning's Fine Jewlers and a Sun West Travel.
We accept consignments from 10:00 a.m. until one half hour before closing. If at all possible, we will go through your items with you immediately. Staff will not price your items during the intake process. If we are unfamiliar with a brand, we may ask you where the item was purchased, when it was purchased, and what the price was.
Pricing and processing will take from one to three days. Each item will be inspected again carefully, and we will call you if any of your items cannot be accepted for consignment. You may check your account at any time to find out how many items have sold and how much credit you have in your account.
At the end of the consignment period, you may choose to pick up your items or have us donate them to a charitable group. Receipts are available in the store if you decide to donate unsold items. We can provide you with a list of donated items at the end of the year for tax purposes.
If you have a large number of items to consign, please let us know in advance so that we can help you more efficiently. We make “house calls” for exceptionally large consignments or in limited special circumstances. Ask at the front desk, and we will work with you if at all possible.
